We knew hell but chose not to stay.

Brave Anyway is a handmade mixed metal earring pair created with copper-toned oval hoops, wire-wrapped details, garnet, crystal, pearl, and intentionally asymmetrical charms.

These earrings were made uneven on purpose.

One side carries the darkness.
The garnet represents the part of us that remembers: the wound, the blood, the fire, the weight of what we had to survive. Garnet is a stone of strength, courage, and deep inner force. In this piece, it holds the darker side of the story, the part that shaped us but did not get to keep us.

The other side carries the light.
The crystal point represents direction, clarity, and the sharp little piece of hope that kept pulling us forward when we could not see the whole way out.

The pearl represents pressure transformed.
Pearls do not begin smooth. They begin with irritation, time, and something hard to live around. In this piece, the pearl stands for what we became after life pressed against us long enough to change us.

They are asymmetrical because healing is asymmetrical.

One side holds what happened.
The other side holds where we are going.

Together, they tell the story of courage that was never clean, easy, or perfect.

Brave Anyway is for the ones who carried the dark, reached for the light, and kept moving anyway.

Scared. Shaking. Tired.
