Hey Ya'll, it’s just me over here making all this jewelry with my two hands — not some giant factory with a help desk in another country.
If something isn’t quite right, I’ll fix it (cause' I promise you, unlike what you've been told...I am not perfect).
Just don’t lose your cool and start planning a hangin' in the streets, okay?
Here’s how we do this without drama:
You’ve got 7 days from delivery to let me know if you need to return something.
It’s gotta come back in its original packaging, and looking like it didn’t just survive a stampede or a beach bonfire.
Once it’s back in my hands and I see it’s in good shape, I’ll refund you through your original payment method.
No returns on these, no need to ask:
Custom pieces or personalized designs — they were literally made just for you.
Earrings — germs are not my jam.
Sale or clearance stuff — you knew what you were getting into.
Who pays for shipping it back?
If I messed up or something arrived damaged, I gotchu.
If you just changed your mind, rethink it.
And for the love of all things shiny, use a tracked shipping method. If the package disappears into the sunset, we both lose.
