Held Together is a handmade mixed metal statement ring created with copper, silver-toned metal, stitched detailing, riveted accents, and a dark black pearl accent.
This ring tells the story of becoming after the damage.
The top heart is stitched because healing is not always smooth or pretty. Sometimes we have to pull ourselves back together piece by piece, even when the seams still show.
The center bar is the brace. It represents reinforcement, strength, and the part of us that finally says, “I am not falling apart here.”
The bottom heart is bent and scarred, holding a dark pearl at its center.
That pearl is the turning point.
A pearl begins with irritation, pressure, and time. Something painful becomes something worth keeping. In this piece, the pearl represents the part of us that changed because of what we carried, not in spite of it.
Held Together is not about returning to who we were.
It is about becoming someone stronger, wiser, and harder to shake.
